New skills

Agriculture has diversified in recent years in order to face challenges regarding new policy, new materials and techniques and new approaches. This evolution of farmers’ and farm advisors’ skills should be long-lasting and steady to be able to adapt to: digitalisation, entrepreneurship, new sectors and knowledge-sharing and networking.

By participating in different European programmes, the Chambers of agriculture improve their ability to transfer and develop their knowledge.
