The agricultural world built its historical knowledge about feeding populations on its ability to innovate. Agriculture always plays a significant territorial role, it has always used innovation to provide solution – adapting when needed. New innovation dynamics have been implemented and are still evolving: peer to peer knowledge-sharing, pilot sites, focus groups, living labs, on line platforms… Moreover, the integration of techniques concerning anticipation, prospective and social acceptance has become essential to enable the implementation of sustainable agricultural projects. These new innovation dynamics also include collaboration with start-ups, consumers, and political bodies.
