Main objective of the programme

A European Territorial Cooperation programme with the ambition to make the North-West Europe area a key economic player and an attractive place to work and live, with high levels of innovation, sustainability and cohesion.

Priorities

  • Climate and environment: climate change adaptation, biodiversity protection and reducing all forms of pollution
  • Energy transition: reducing green gas emissions, promoting renewable energy and energy sufficiency
  • Circular economy: transition to a circular and resource efficient economy
  • Innovation and resilience: developing research, innovative technologies, tools and solutions
  • Inclusive society: enhancing sustainable tourism, equal access to health care (and family-and-community-based care), promoting social economy through equal access  to quality employment and inclusiveness of labour markets
