On Thursday 14 January, 2021, took place the first webinar on the ALG-AD project on the theme of microalgae as a new way to recover food waste.
To introduce this first event of the ALG-AD webinar cycle, we were with Dr Alla SILKINA, research manager at Swansea University and in charge of research in the ALG-AD project, and with Florian MONLAU, R&D manager at APESA.
With them, we discussed innovative solutions developed to recover food waste using microalgae. More precisely, we talked about the objectives and technologies developed in the ALG-AD project, but also broadened the prospects for the recovery of biomasses and organic waste thanks to microalgae.
You can find the replay of the show with each intervention on our website and Youtube with English subtitles.
