How do we fight food waste today? How can we do more?

This year, the Digital Food Waste Fest 2.020 (Final conference of the Food Heroes project) presents two days of meetings and exchange about food waste, the 8 and 9 December. It focuses on innovative food entrepreneurs working on the reduction of food losses in the ‘neglected’ first parts of the food chain.
