On Tuesday 8 December, the online webinar on Food Heroes projects took place as part of the Digital Food Waste Fest 2.020. Review of this interregional event.

The Digital Food West Fest 2.020 started on 8 December at 14:00 by introducing the theme of food waste and some European projects. During this presentation, the French initiatives Food Heroes were presented, in order to give an overview to the European and international participants.

Our webinar was therefore able to follow up in more detail to present and give testimonials on the Food Heroes projects.

The three sectors (fruits and vegetables, sea and animal) were presented in order to discuss the problems specific to each sector. The speakers were then able to testify about their initiative and introduce the different partners of the project. The event ended with a moment of exchange between speakers and participants.
