SIVAL 2020 - Anti food waste solutions for food and veg

The SIVAL 2020, is a trade faire in Angers which focusses on equipment and services for all plant productions including vegetable crops and horticulture.This year it took place from 14-16 January 2020. AC3A and Chamber of Agriculture of Pays de la Loire ran a stand at this event dedicated to Food Heroes and food waste solutions for fruit and vegetables.

The trade show takes place in Angers, France and attracts 660 exhibitors and 24,000 professional visitors every year

During the event we asked farmers to complete a questionnaire about their fruit and vegetable losses. We presented examples of solutions ffrom Pays de la Loire and across Europe to help valorise their non-used products.
