On Wednesday 17 March 2021, took place the third webinar of the ALG-AD project, “Growing microalgae on plant-based digestate: ALG-AD Belgian pilot site.”

We were accompanied by Marcella Fernandes de Souza, a project manager at Ghent University (Belgium) coordinating the research line on “New Biomasses”, in which ALG-AD is included, and Marieke Vanthoor, Director R&D at Lgem | Synalgae.

We talked about the results obtained in the Belgian Investment Site of the ALG-AD project with Marcella. Then, we had a presentation of the Lgem platform, but also about the Tubular photobioreactor technology with Marieke. Finally, we have a question-and-answer session with the audience, that you can find at the end of the video.
